Los Angeles – June 29, 2011 - Pitbull and Marc Anthony will provide some early fireworks for the Fourth of July weekend when they take the stage Friday, July 1 for the Today Show Sumer Concert Series in New York City. They will join the stage for the first time ever for the national television debut of Pitbull’s new single, “Rain Over Me.”
Pitbull will also be joined by special guests Ne-yo and T- Pain as he performs the latest hits from of his critically acclaimed album Planet Pit, including the #1 international smash "Give Me Everything" featuring Ne-Yo and club favorite "Hey Baby (Drop It To The Floor)" featuring T-Pain. Pitbull will also perform his global sensation "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)," which peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Pitbull's sixth studio album, Planet Pit, features a host of pop music luminaries including Marc Anthony, Enrique Iglesias, Jamie Foxx, Chris Brown, T-Pain and Kelly Rowland as well as star-studded producers Dr. Luke, Max Martin, Red One, David Guetta and Benny Blanco.
