The New Album Forever Charlie In Stores January 27, 2015

 

New York, NY – Grammy nominated artist Charlie Wilson announced today his new national tour Forever Charlie will kick off on February 12, 2015 in Cleveland, OH and will wrap on March 27 in Oakland, CA. The tour is named after Wilson’s upcoming album that is slated for a January 27 release on RCA Records.  Charlie Wilson’s new single “Goodnight Kisses” was the #1 most added song at Urban Radio and Billboard says about the single “…Over snap-and-swing doo-wop-inspired production, the GAP Band co-founder sings sweetly about his loved one’s smoochies. At 61 years old, Wilson is still as convincing a romantic as ever.”

Fans who pre-order Forever Charlie,from the singer’s official on-line store, will gain first access to pre-sale tickets for the upcoming tour (http://myplay.me/1cv2).  At the time of purchase, buyers will receive a pre-sale code. This particular pre-sale will begin on December 9 at 10 AM local time. The general public on-sale begins December 12 starting at 10 AM local time. Tinashe On Time, Sterogum & Vibe’s “Best of 2014” Lists

Tinashe’s debut album Aquarius and single “2 On” appeared on Time Magazine, Vibe, and Stereogum’s Best of 2014 lists this week. Time Magazine lists “2 On” at number five on their Top 10 Best Songs of 2014 list calling it a “menacing hit.” While Stereogum’s 50 Best Albums of 2014 praises Aquarius at #40, saying “It’s a sleek, sultry, understated take on R&B that draws from decades’ worth of history while still sounding fresh and forward-thinking.” Vibe Magazine lands Aquarius at #19 on their BIG List of the best 46 albums of 2014, noting that Tinashe “[strikes] a delicate balance of cocky and vulnerable.”

Congratulations to RCA’s 2015 Grammy Nominees!

The GRAMMYs just released their first batch of nominations for the 57th GRAMMY Awards®! Sia’s single, “Chandelier” from 1,000 Forms of Fear is nominated for Record Of The Year. Both Chris Brown and Mali Music have been nominated for Best Urban/Contemporary Album for X and Mali Is… respectively. Miley Cyrus’ Bangerz also received a nomination for Best Pop Vocal Album.
