(Los Angeles, CA – January 14th, 2022) – Mills, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and troubadour, releases the music video for his track “White Horses” via Keep Cool/RCA Records. The video features Mills paying homage to his home state of Kentucky. Check it out HERE. “White Horses” is featured on Mills’ latest EP Final Thoughts which is the final part of his Thoughts trilogy.

Tonight, Mills will be playing in a Kentucky Tornado Benefit Concert in his hometown of Bowling Green, KY. All proceeds from the event will be donated to support disaster relief efforts in the community.

Mills says, “Kentucky is home. Nothing matches the feeling I get when I’m there. “White Horses” is about the feeling I experience longing for my hometown and its people. The video shows some of my favorite spots growing up in Bowling Green.”

“It means the world for my first hometown show to be for a cause as special and important as this one. Bowling Green is so important to me, and I’m inspired as I watch everyone band together to rebuild the beautiful community we know and love.”

Born and raised in Bowling Green, KY, and having spent time in both Nashville and Los Angeles, Mills’ southern influences have been brightened by the Los Angeles sun, resulting in buoyant melodies tinged with nostalgia. With his poetic storytelling and distinctive harmonies that evoke the 1970s era of Laurel Canyon, 21-year-old Mills emerges as a troubadour for the modern age, vividly spinning tales of young love, happiness and heartbreak. Last year, Mills released his EP Train of Thoughts featuring his critically acclaimed song “Hollow” which Billboard said ““Hollow” is sun-kissed singer-songwriter music, with a beautifully loping hook that gains texture as the harmonies fully arrive.” while The Interns called it “…a sweet spot between John Mayer and Harry Style.” In October, Mills played a run of shows supporting Peach Tree Rascals on their sold out “I Can’t Wait Tour.”
